Moycullen Family Practice is happy to treat any patient requiring medical assistance. We accept all forms of payment, cash/cheque/credit or debit cards.
There are some services which are not covered by your Medical card or Doctor Visit Card. For these you will be charged a fee. Our main fees are highlighted below. Other fees not listed here are posted within the practice or ask at reception.
Our standard GP consultations are 15 minutes in length. Some appointments require more time, e.g. mental health or having a number of non-related issues dealt with on same day. When known in advance, our receptionist can allow additional time for your clinician to see you.

Notice to Patients with Medical/GP Visit Cards
Your Medical/GP Visit Card entitles you to a range of services from your General Practitioner which are determined by the HSE and the Department of Health, for which the doctor receives payment from the state. There are, however, a number of additional services provided by many General Practitioners which are not covered by the agreement between the state and General Practitioners. The most commonly requested services not covered by Medical/GP Visit Cards are listed below and if you require any of these services please consult with the practice staff to see if they are available and what arrangements are in place for the provision of such services.
